General User Guide

If you are currently on the newest platform and have Office Manager user scope on the web portal (cp.activepbx.com) and would like more information on managing the web portal please see the attached document. Through this portal you can manage the configuration of your account, calls, routes, users, voicemail passwords, auto attendants, music on hold, etc.

Please note that permissions for Office Manager should be enabled by our support team, and are the highest permissions available for users.
